These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text-messaging program offered by Puget Bindery (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
Puget Bindery may send SMS or MMS messages to employees about time and attendance, as described when you opt in.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and expressly opting in, you authorize Puget Bindery to send recurring SMS or MMS messages to that number, including messages sent using automated technology.
Your consent applies only to the messaging program and subject matter disclosed when you opt in. You represent that you own or are authorized to use the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies according to time-and-attendance needs.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms govern any charges associated with sending or receiving messages.
Opting Out
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Afterward, you will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.
Other supported opt-out keywords may include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Delivery
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the messaging program unlawfully or to send abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized content. You must promptly notify us if your mobile number changes or you are no longer its authorized user.
Changes or Termination
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puget Bindery is not liable for delayed, failed, misdirected, or undelivered messages; actions taken in reliance on a message; or charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
